If a game has a merchant class, it usually becomes my main. In Ragnarok Online, I had high level Knights but I stayed on my Alchemist the most. Alchemist and Blacksmith both start as Merchants and they both have a move where they'd attack with money. Expensive but powerful. On topic, Monks are often awesome at dealing damage. I also like Ninja a lot because many games give them the first move/attack. In Suikoden 2, the Ninja girl almost never left my party because she always got to use her deadly Shrike still before the enemy got a chance. |
Oooh, Suikoden 2... People say it's the best of the series, and a must play for RPG fans. I haven't played it yet... T^T Monks are a kind of class that feels satisfying by end game, because they can sometimes turn out to be the strongest characters in the game with just their fists. Ninjas are pretty cool, but I don't use them much. They weren't so prominent in the games I played before.
