I think Sony are more likely to do a crazy bundle like that than to cut the price of the PS4. R* aren't going to expect full price for their game at that point and The Order will have completely run it's course. Driveclub (normal addition) would perhaps get people into the DLC and of course TLOUR has already made it's money. Maybe something around $400 for it, which would really only cost Sony the loss of the price of GTA5, which is likely to only be about ... what ... $25 by then? And 3 months of PS+ isn't really much at all, but it's long enough to get people hooked.
