This article is missing the point. It isn't the ISP blocking the content. Comcast just doesn't add their name to the list of cable subscriptions in the drop down list of HBO GO on these platforms. The writer of said article is misleading a lot of people to hope that the FCC can change this with the open internet policies. It has nothing to do with the internet, and everything to do with the cable subscription.
