I think most people expected Evolve to be Febs big hit, not Dying Light.

Did anyone really expect DLC the game to be a hit?

Well DLC gate didn't become aparent til right before launch no?

Also we've seen in the past that these kind of backlashes tend to have little effect on sales but I guess unlike other hyped games Evolve's hype never crossed over into the mainstream. I mean I'm making it seem like Evolve flopped, it just doesn't have legs :p
