BBB are completely a private company and who grades them? Pile of nonsense. Not even sure why people give them free advertisement by talking about them. Even if the company doesn't correspond through them, but fixes the issue, BBB say they didn't respond.Anfd to prove my point about what bribes can buy, here is WALMART WITH AN A+

While, admittedly, I don't live in the USA, I have experienced their customer service in other countries outside America, and I have heard many an-anecdote from Americans themsevles, but Walmart actually has pretty good customer service. You can launch just about any complaint and, usually, they will give you your money back or let you exchange. In store as well, employees have to be as helpful as physically possible, I've had friends working for the company who can attest to this.

Complain what you want about Walmart, but one thing they're good at is serving customers. That's how they got so big.

But still, an A+ should be held for the very best. I alone have had 2 customer service problems with walmart. 1 was with a wiimote box I had purchased. On leaving the store, i realized it was a little light. I noticed there was tape on the bottom of it. I opened it and it was stuffed with plastic. I went back in and they would do nothing for me. The manager even came across and refused to do anything. I have had good experiences with them and bad. They are no A+

Top outline the cronyism within the BBB system I should have used a better example though :/
