Is DVD-9 enough this generation?

but getting back to the topic... as games become bigger and better i think developers will be pleased with blu ray... Example GTA IV....

 

I was talking about GT3 / GT4 - never mentioned GT2 as you did.

Anyway - as usual, you managed to disregard everything that I wrote - and just came up with a new statement out of nowhere, with no backing, facts or links.

"Example GTA IV" - yeah, which is coming out on the 360 & PS3 - so is developed for DVD-9. Nice example!

I can't be bothered justifying myself any further (and I have too much work to do ATM). I have been developing games for about 20years, and I have no doubt - that DVD9 is more than enough space for this generation.

 

 

why should i provide a link.. when its already known publicly that rockstar was complaining about the limitations of the dvd format??? to be fair they were also complaining about how harder it was to program for the ps3....i dont really give a dam what you do... everyone has their own opinion.. just because yours is different doesnt make you right...just because mine is different doesnt make me right.... theres millions and millions of people that disagree with you though i know that much...     i dont provide links for people when the knowledge is commonly known...
