Yes, but those MS commercials with the 360 sitting comfortably next to the GTAIV box make people focus on the 360 as the format to go, be it buying the game or a console for the game. If Sony decides after the release, the biggest time to sell copies and push consoles, it'll be much too late to make a difference.
