It's the beginning of the new generation guys. Only 2-3 years in. We've got another 2-3 to go. A lot happens in those 2-3 years. With games becoming more intricate to develop, they will in turn take more time to develop. We can't rush good games no matter how much we complain.
As for the games that are already out, I believe Nintendo has shown the most promise as far as 8th generation gaming is going. But, PS4 is getting games like Final Fantasy VX, Kingdom Hearts III, Dragon Quest Heroes, etc. and those games usually generate a lot of buzz and sales. We just haven't gotten our full first cycle of games yet. Nintendo is almost done with their main 4 games, then after that it'll be a ride. PS4 and Xbone still have great exclusives that haven't come out yet. We're just becoming impatient and to be honest, we are lacking in taste. As consumers, we are highly predictable and when things don't go our way, we have a fit and complain. No biggie, that's us. If you disagree, you disagree. Just don't act like it's that deep.
