The Order: 1886 is a good game, but not for everyone. Same with Final Fantasy Type-O HD and Battlefield: Hardline, they are not going to appeal to everyone on PS4. See what I mean? Every game appeals to different groups, doesn't mean they should piss off someone who isn't interested. Also, PS4 has by far the best lineup of any console so far in 2015.

The Order caters to far more PS4 users than Bloodbourne simply because of one factor: accessibility. I presume it has scalable difficulty levels like most normal games.

yes and had the order score an 80+ on meta and had some form of multiplayer it would be selling much more than it is. BB is not going sell 6-7 million like a well made adventure game could, but BB is going get somewhere around 90 meta and it has the added hype of being the 1st must have exclusive I could see 3 million lifetime sales, which would be MASSIVE for its genre and would pretty much guarentee Sony would have a strong bargaining position to keep BB2 exclusive.
