You have to put yourselves in our position. Imagine someone posting a thread in the Nintendo forum asking for suggestions of good shooters to play on the Wii. Then someone comes along and tells the person to sell his Wii and get an Xbox 360 and when people start getting annoyed he starts bashing the Wii and Nintendo. Now imagine that's basically the only message they have in every thread in the Nintendo forum. They never actually add anything else to the conversations, they just bash the system and it's games and try to convince people to sell it and buy another system. Wouldn't you get tired of it and pissed off after awhile?

Maybe Gazz isn't guilty of doing it to that extent but there are more than enough people doing it where it feels like a battle just to talk about the 360 in that forum. Some of us understand that some people hate Microsoft and the 360, we get it, it just would be nice for the people that actually do enjoy the games, Xbox Live, etc, and that want to help people with hardware problems or questions, to be able to do it without what amounts to constant trolling.

every console gets trolled here though, everybody just has to deal with it

While that is true, Legend has a point. It seems as if the ratio of troll posts to quality posts is highest in the Microsoft forum. It gets pretty damned bad in there.

Then again, the 360 is without a doubt the console with the most hardware issues. What Legend and Rocketpig (2 people who are not ashamed to say they prefer the 360) may consider trolling, may be considered discussing the apparent issues that keep being unsolved by MS to this very day. The reason why the 360 gets dissed this much is because the problems tha are being discussed are real. This isn't a "I have a link from 2006 where a bunch of 360's overheated" discussion, but one that is valid on this very day.

In all fairness, the fact that Legend jumped on the issue lead to the creation of this topic and his attempts to silence critisism of his beloved 360 only lead to more discussion which is absolutely not in the favour of getting the 360 a more reliable image.

@Bmaker: stop trying to convince Rocketpig of the fact that the Wii and PS3 have good games which he can play on a console that actually functions. Guys like him are the sole reason that MS still haven't fixed the RROD issue because they keep buying the product blindly regardless of quality or functionality. He does have a point, from a software point of view the 360 has a good library and if the quality of their hardware would have been better, I might have had one to this day. However, the quality of their software collection decreases immensely if you have a pc and aren't too fond of Halo or a sporadic rpg. Then Wii, PS3 and PC own them although much of the pc performance is also being raped by MS with their dodgy os, but that's another discussion.

Edit: just pulling your legs, but in all fairness. Looking at the 30 collection and seeing what's multiplatform or released on pc (some even with higher res and added maps) the so called defense point of buying a 360 becomes pretty bleak.
