I really dont think so. This is known to be a souls game, everyone knows what they are getting into, the fans will buy it raight away and after the reviews g up some will pick it up by word of mouth, reviews or discounts in the future.

Not that tthis game will do bad, imposible. Just that everybody knows what this is, those who like this type of game will buy day one. Even the pc fans, they will either get a ps4 now or already got one, or wait for the pricecut this year at the latest.

I know I can easyly be wrong, but just a thought.

Surely everyone knows CoD by now but every iteration of the game has insane legs, as does Fifa, GTA etc. It's not just popular Nintendo games that have great legs. The thing that will give Bloodborne good legs is PC gamers. Lots of them won't by it at launch because they are resistant to buying a console, but if it gets major acclaim a lot of PC fans of the souls series will come around. It's possible that when PS4 gets a price cut Bloodborne sales will increase because a lot of those PC Souls fans will refuse on principle to buy a full priced PS4, as they should, after all PS4 will never become their primary gaming platform, so it's not worth investing too much money into it. OTOH, as PC gamers are very used to buying digital, they may not help physical sales numbers much.
