Japan will be it's highest region imo I'm expecting atleast 140k from Japan alone.

Based on comgnet it's not doing that well.

Don't forget that tyep-0 on psp never come to west so in Japan many people won't buy it because they already play it on PSP

Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
