Probably a really bad title that only has "brand name appeal" in Japan and not much appeal anywhere else.
Examples:
- Monster Hunter (it's a decent game series, but the series doesn't innovate and sticks to the tried and true)
- Gundam: Well it's a gundam game, and Crossfire was the best selling launch title there
- Naruto: Again, just because it's Naruto attached
There's a few more but I can't think of them right now. If none of them do it, it'll be FFXIII.
