Well I don't own a 360 Does this apply to the PS3 version as well? I was thinking about getting the Wii edition, but if it is unplayable, well... that changes a lot Is this error a software bug or is it something to do with reading the disc? Would it still occur if the game was started from a HDD?

I think it is a disc thing. If you can get it to start from HDD then id say go with the Wii version. PS3 is just the PS2 version its still a good game but it would be the vanilla version
