 For 500 - 600 you have a decent rig to play better than on ps4 with free online and cheaper games. But for a few games is better to defend how sony is peeing on their customer's mouths offering a mediocre online service (and they have the balls to charge for it) and charging 60 - 70 bucks for new games.

Keep defending that and they will go further each console gen inventing new ways to rip people off. 

You seem well informed. Please tell me how to get Windows 95 games to work on Windows 7 I tried axis and allies recently but it wouldn't work and from what I found while looking online in don't see a solution, if you have some suggestions please let me know. I found many of my old games recently and I would like to be able to play them again.

Execute games in compatibility mode with older versions of windows (compatibility mode with windows XP SP3 should be enough) or you can run Windows 95 on a virtual machine like Virtualbox or VMWare.
