Uncharted 4 to be 60fps?

The Order is running at 30fps with black bars obstructing the view 100% for of the game. It doesn't take ultra PC settings to see how much of a farce that is.

I'm playing it right now and it ain't an issue. And 30fps is fine.  Do you complain about games on your preferred console that run at 30fps or are miles inferior to the likes of the order or driveclub.  Probably not.
