The game was projected to launch This fall, we are in March now and they just announced a delay to around this time next year. If the delay announcement came in like 3-4 months before launch I could believe that its due to some development issues or them biting more than they can chew, but considering how early the announcement came, I am inclined to believe it's a a very deliberate decision with very specific set targets to hit.
Though I'll admit this game running at 60fps ssoinds like a dream.
