Uncharted 4 to be 60fps?

MGSV still looks like a last gen game visually. The PS4 and PS3 versions look the same. I don't think Uncharted 4 could run on a PS3.

MGSV's visually are as good if not better than other open world current gen games.

If these visuals are not good enough for you then you have ridiculously high expectations. 

Not really. If you look at the geometry and textures it really does look like an upscaled PS3 game. Not that it looks bad but it has none of the sophisticated visuals we've seen in other games this gen. It looks like DAI when I turned down a lot of stuff to make it run smoothly on my PC.
