Final Fantasy Type-0 - worth buying on its own?

I'm on the fence on buying Type-0.  I'd love to get the demo, but from the trailers it looks pretty good on its own.  But I can't seem to find that much info on actual gameplay (especially in English).  Even the official website doesn't seem to have much on it.  Are there any people here who have played it or any good places to check it out?  I'd also love to know if it plays easily with Remote Play since it was originally a PSP game.
