Minecraft didn't do this. Your brother does not respect your property and that bully is just a bully.
Minecraft is a creative program. Peoples creativeness should be cultivated. Might be that your brother just likes Minecraft because that's what all his friends do, it could also be that Minecraft actually gives him an outlet for excess energy and creativeness he has pent up. This should be cultivated, nourished, and along with that he should be taught the rules on how to act. Maybe, you need to also help doing this while playing Minecraft with him, if nothing else to teach him how to respect you and your things.
