My godson is turning 9 and loves gaming on ipads, 3ds or ps4. He gets addicted to playing minecraft but the parents simply ban him from playing it too much. You need train them from a young age.
But still he loves things like lego too.
Anyway you really should make that little kids parents pay for it to get fixed.
