Classifying the internet as a utility will bring monthly limits or they can start charging by the gb. If this happens the all digital future for gamers is going to suck big ones. It will kill the digital market, because it will fell like you are being charged an installation fee for every game. The fee on top of a 50gb download game will suck. My service never goes down so far.. I also use powerline adapters for the PS4 and XB1 and my HTPC, I hate wifi to download anything except podcast.
