How about instead you blame the prosecutor/judge for this ridiculous sentence. At most he should get a citation for a noise complaint, because that's all this really is. 

I did blame the judge. He/the prosecutor is definitely more at fault for this ridiculous punishment than anyone else.

Yeah but you also said you hope garbage men refuse service to the neighbourhood at hand, and that they deserve to live in a dump. 

And where does it say anything about anyone being sued? Did I miss that part of the article, or are you confusing sue with prosecute?
