...i agree.  they should just stop picking up trash entirely for that neighboorhood.  lets see how long that noise ordinace lasts when their overrun with trash.

 

Seriously? You want an entire neighbourhood to suffer because of this?

1) Obviously it was just one busy body that called this in. Not like every single person was ringing up 911 reportin a garbage truck at 5am. So why punish a whole neighbourhood for one sorry individual.

2) The rule is there for a reason. Garbage trucks are loud. And most people are trying to sleep, and have work in the morning. 5am is a good 2 hours before most people are probably up for work. How about they follow the rules.

3) Take your anger out on the judge/prosecutor. Not the victims (I struggle calling the residents victims, but that's technically what they are). 30 days for this is ridiculous, at most it should be a citation for a noise violation or something. Probably a $150 or $200 fine then you move on. 

and i suppose you don't see how all 3 of your points are entirely relavant to the arrest and jailing of this garbage man as punishment for the policies of his employer.    ...so yeah, fuck 'em.

and before you turn this into a class warefare deflection,..  i checked their real-estate and most homes are under a million so i'm richer than most of the residents of that neighboorhood.
