Try playing non-cross gen games then. It should be obvious that cross-gen games will not utilize full potential.
Try Dying Light, The Order (only buy if you are into this type of game, if not rent it...don't drink the cool aid), Bloodborne when it drops, Killzone Shadowfall should be cheap, and Tomb Raider DE is a decent upgrade if u have not played it already.
The full potential of the console has not been reached yet (same with X1). This year you will see more current gen only games. These games and the games that follow will give you more of a next gen feeling. I am suprised you are trying to use xgen as a comparison though. It should be common knowledge that the older console will hold the newer ones back or they just would not be the same game otherwise.
