I feel every multiplat is better on the PS4. I also love the DS4 and only the the XB1 controller is ok. I do agree that the XB1 has a marginally better list of current exclusives, disagree on future.
To me since a vast majority of games are multiplat the fact the PS4 is the more powerful machine and will get better results on most of these games it is a massive factor that you are conviently ignoring.
End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)
Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
