I thought we knew this since it was announced back in 2006? Why is this thread-worthy? We all already knew that, and it really isn't a purely hack n' slash game since it has lots of the micro management thingys that you guys liked in the old FFs, I think.

It's an Action RPG first and foremost, hack n' slash games focus a lot more about looking stylish and being able to pull off increadible and fast paced combos based on timing, positioning, and different button combinations. This game has ONE attack button that activates a pre-set combo each time it is used, very different from a normal hack n' slash.



I'm now filled with determination.
