The Walking Dead Season 1 on vita is incredibly easy to Platinum, you just have to finish the story. Other Telltale games are probably just as easy to platinum but I haven't checked.
Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing took me about 11 hours to Platinum, though it has a couple of online trophies which may not be doable anymore.
Ratchet and Clank: Crack in Time is great and took me about 17 hours to Platinum and is just a fantastic game.
Jak HD (first one) took me about 10-12 hours to Platinum also really fun, haven't got round to the 2nd or third games but any of the HD collections are probably great for trophies. Sly Cooper HD you get tons of trophies in the first hour (including a gold), not completed it so not sure how difficult it is to platinum but probably easy.
