What month do you think Sony will cut the price of their console. PS1 and 2 got $100 price cuts about 2 years after release (little earlier) if I remember correctly. I'm thinking Sony will want to be as profitable as possible and also want to take advantage of as many bumps from price cuts as possible. For these reasons I think they'll cut price by just $50. They will also do it early enough to get one sales bump from price cut and then get their holiday boost. For this reason I'm thinking September (announced at Gamescom).
