That only happens if they're integrated properly, mingle and marry with local people.
It's like irish people flooded America and despite our catholicism conflicting with protestants everyone is mingled in. Same with whites and blacks or eastern Europeans in western Europe although at an earlier stage.
If its really a problem stop accepting Muslim immigration and take immigrants from other countries instead. And spread them out in society particularly schools so the Muslim kids grow up and become friends with locals instead of staying exclusively with their own. In my university I was friends with a few Muslims from areas where they were integrated properly. And they were just like anybody else. Still very religious but there was no friction whatsoever.

It's difficult/impossible to decide pick and choose what countries the immigrants come from though and when they do arrive you can't force them to live in certain areas or anything like that.

In my country I don't think Islam is seen as an issue. They are very spread out and very well educated people. Usually the kids parents moved because they are doctors. We have 80k Muslims out of 4.5 million people. They bring far more to this country than most immigrants. Will be interesting to see it develop but unless we have an attack on our country everything should be fine for a long time.
