It was one comment. I think he's good looking and lots of woman go for the muscly guy with the shaved head. If he was real life and he calmed down he'd easily get an unbelievable looking gf. Lots of the characters you guys are showing wouldn't be seen as attractive by a lot of woman. Obviously all styles are liked by different woman but it's no different to Kratos and his style. hitman is another who'd have no problems getting attention.
