Well with more coming and being a democratic society a larger portion of people will have stronger influence in the culture and the way things are.
As long as the fundamental human rights are firmly intact and the immigrants understand that there must be a level of flexibility on their part since they're the ones immigrating (ie they can't ban alcohol, prok, infringe on freedoms already intact because they don't like it), then there shouldn't be a problem.
