I came in here to say "- EA + Everyone else", but then much to my amusement that EA already bit the dust. That just warms my heart.
Anyway;
+ Activision/Blizzard
- SEGA
Activision may be tempted to milk stuff way too often, but at least they bring quality (in the technical sense at least) and remain honourable about it. Also by far most of my third party games across the generations have been Activision games. SEGA just ruins almost everything they get their hands on lately, it's a miracle the Total War franchise is still halfway decent.
Also, poor Atari being left out of even things like this nowadays
