Well it;s really simple, I currently own a PC, I do not own a PS4, since the HD collection more or less made it;s way to Xbox I knew the franchise started to go more multiplat, then GZ made it's way onto PC a few months down the road, it was a really great port from Kojima's team and was cheap from day 1, to me that was well worth the wait and since then we know PP is coming to PC as well as Xbox One which means to me that it;s a multiplat title, one that works extremely well on PC which means to me that there's no point in getting a multiplat title on a console if the PC version performs as it should and did. My PC is my current main and probably will remain that way for years to come due to it being more benefical for me for a number of reasons, I consider it my main for multiplat titles that make their way towards it and GZ and PP are some of those that are coming to PC, thus I see no reason to get this PS4 other than for it having a slightly different coat of paint, the same way I see no reason to get a new desktop case that has a slightly different design ebcause my current one serves it's purpose. The thing you have to realise is that not all multiplatform games perform exactly the same across all platforms, some cannot handle them maxed and some are reported as poor ports and buggy, for the most part PC seems to handle multiplat titles quite well, from my viewpoint I see no reason to buy a console for multiplat titles, I consider perma exclusives that stay grounded for years to be my main reason this gen to buy into any of them which is why Wii U will be the first purchase. I hope that clears things up a bit. |
That's all well and good and I might consider getting it for my pc too but the best part of the metal Gear community is on playstation. Maybe you don't like online parts of games so it's ok.
