He means television ratings, and yes the English and Mexican league do get better television ratings. It is the only way for the 30 million plus Americans of Mexican heritage in the United States to watch their club or their parent's club. Of course, there is cross over between these folks that watch LMX and MLS. Why I stated in my MLS thread if we could win over fans of the sport in the US and Canada see a significant boost in ratings.
