Microsoft does another 180: Cancels indie parity clause

Great news for X1 indie lovers and indie developers. It was always going to happen (MS aren't in a good enough position to be making such demands, and had already allowed several exceptions), but I'm glad they aren't holding it off any longer. People can finally stop bringing it up :p
