Yeah Ark of Truth just seemed like a longer drawn out episode instead of an epic movie which is what Continuum feels like from all reports. Plus the fact that they had to rush out the end to the Ori arc didn't help it at all. Even the Goauld arc had a bigger ending with Reckoning/Threads in Season 8.
