I could do lots of matchups and get all complicated.
But I am going to do the easy route. Alvis defeats all of them. He is Monado, an omnipotent being who is quite literally unkillable and indestructible, who can create and recreate at will. So yeah, easy wins. On a side note, the majority of heroes and villains in both could be taken down by a number of characters from Nintendo. The Hulk and Superman are the big ones that are hardest to overcome.

@1st bold DC and Marvel has beings capable of that. Reality Warpers.
@2nd bold No they're not. I can name a dozen of Hero/villains stronger than they are not... Even the strongest incarnation of the hulk(wolrdBreaker) is laughably out match by eternity and the living tribunal.
In new52, He'l is stronger ang more versatile than Superman, Helspoint slap superman(which sends superman all the way to the moon) and gave him concussion, Darkseid KO'ed Superman with 1 direct hit of Omega beam. There, 3 villains that are already stronger than Superman. I can go even higher tier but 'll have to go Pre new 52.

Problem here is. Some posters, and I assume quite alot haven't read comics so they think Superman and Hulk/Thor is the strongest char in their respective universe. There are characters in DCU that can wipe Supermans existence out in an instant, can destroy and create universes, can destroy and create 'multiverses' and they are still weaker than the presence and the Primal monitor. Marvel universe and DC universe is really vast and have beings that is way way more powerful than the mainstream heroes.
Arceus created a universe, well this guy is capable of stopping time, altering timelines, destroyed a universe and created a new one.(zero hour)
And this guy (bounded), who is capable of this.
is scared of of the first guy.
This guy destroyed dozens of universe(s) during the crisis.

And I'm guessing you haven't played Xenoblade Chronicles nor are familiar with its setup, based on Gnosticism. The character I mentioned is Xenoblade's version of Gnosticism's Monad. As in God. With a capital G. Omnipotent. Unkillable. He doesn't even have a body for you to attack. I didn't say I was taking the easy way out for nothing :P . His power levels are quite absurd if you take him within the context of the Xenoblade Universe, which you obviously must since you are taking these heroes in the context of their most powerful universes. And when you do that, you can't defeat him. You can't even *fight* him. He is, to put it quite bluntly, beyond the capabilities of any being to fight or resist. You can match up any being from those universes you want, but knowing comics, they all have limitations. As such, they can't win, cause infinity minus any number you care to name, is still infinity.

Unfortunately, no I haven't. Due to its rarity and Philippines being a small market to even notice. The only way I can buy it is through oL shopping and hope that our *cough* wonderful customs guy doesn't hold it.
Problem with DC/Marvel is there are characters that will fall other the omnipotent category who are all knowing, immortal/unkillable, etc but there is one who is stronger than them. example Shuma Gorath in Chaos Dimension is considered omnipotent but TOAA is still the the big dog of Marvel. In DC, its still not clear if the presence is the supreme being or the primal monitor. You could probably say that they are nigh omnipotent since theere is someone greater than them.
If you can provide feats, 'd really appreciate it. and if what you say is true then TOAA or The Presence can stalemate the gods.
