Sounds like the artcle is saying they want a service like Steam to sell games on Windows 10. If that's it they're gonna get Steamrolled ^.^, even if it has their first party games people are only gonna buy those on their service and all third party games on Steam. PC gamers are not tied down to one service. And if it does have their first party games their consoles gonna suffer. This is a no win situation.
