Microsoft admits 'we've lost our way' on PC games

I feel this is probably be he last gen for the Xbox devices as dedicated gaming consoles. We may see Xbox PCs and the like. Question now is how they will fare with Valve and Steam. I have my doubts that they can shift their console model with payed online and such to PC. And I doubt that Xbox fans will just follow them. Either way, this is interesting. But I feel their push into PC gaming might be too little too late.
