I play wow all the time and it's not interfering with anything i do. I'm getting a 4.0 at college, making $12 an hour, have a good amount of friends i hang out with it, 8 hours of sleep a day, and no skipped meals or showers. All that and i still manage to play in one of the top raiding guilds in the world.
You can do everything you need to in WoW in under 1 hour a day and that's only optional.
