That's a misconception - he's not weak not magic. He's vulnerable to magic. Those weak Zelda magic won't hurt him much. Magic can also not destroy him so they cannot kill him.

WW Link can mind control people with his magic.

Fierce Deity Link would assrape Superman.

 

He could also use the Mask of Stone to appear invisible.
