Items are important becasue IMHO thats part of the whole innovation and pushing the boundaries, i freaking raccoon tail and you can fly? there wasnt anything close to that in NSMB, we had to wait for the 3rd one to bring that back. 3 was longer, it was more challenging. Music was better. I like the wall jump too but it doesnt make up for the rest of the game. Not even close |
I agree with you on almost every account; the raccoon siut is aweseom, but that's only because it open ups new areas to explore and beat a level. How was SMB3 longer though? I haven't finished NSMB yet, but NSMBWii has a ton of challenging bonus levels which adds game time and difficulty. But I do agree that Nintendo should step up and push some bounderies with NSMB! Or even better, drop the whole New thing; it isn't new any longer. Try out new things with every instalment and don't reuse the same damn art work and music!
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
