That's rough man, that's what happens. I think cold turkey is the only way to go, otherwise you just get addicted to patches/gum/e-cigs or whatever you use. I've only had 1 smoke in the past 4 days (including today) so it's going alright. Driving is when I smoke the most so I can't keep a pack in my car or I'm fucked haha.
