Microsoft isn't failing in Mobile?

Isn't that 35 million over the course of 4-5 years or am I reading it wrong? Also, why are you typing MS like M$?

Also, a new OS doesn't really mean much if people don't care about the OS to begin with or any of its features

I guess you could say 35 million is great but compared to 1 billion, its nothing. And the Galaxy S4 by itself sold more than 40 million and thats just one phone
