That is the definition of a toy. I don't know where people are getting the argument "it's an electronic device, not a toy". There is nothing in the history of the definition of toy that has said it cannot be electronic. Most children's toys nowadays are electronic (not to mention annoying as hell). The definition above shows us factually that gaming consoles are toys. Professional gamers can use this toy for work, but it is still a toy. It is designed primarily as a toy. It has other features, but even most of its other features are for providing amusement/entertainment. Ergo, still a toy. A PC can be considered a toy depending on the use of the PC. I have a work laptop. It is not a toy. I have a gaming laptop. It is a toy. I have a desktop PC. It is a toy, and I occasionally use it for work.
