Overall it was well recieved critically though. In my personal opinion they were too kind; Heavy Rain is, to me, representative of just about everythng wrong with modern gaming.

We are poles apart regards gaming.  I thought heavy rain was so fresh compared to all the other games playing it safe.  

 

This article is about a select few looking for attention and that select few was certainly there for the release of heavy rain.
