Today the Pokemon Company announced that Pokémon Shuffle has been downloaded over 1 million times globally, about two weeks after release.
For those who don't know, Pokemon Shuffle is a freemium puzzle game developed by Genius Sonority and published by Nintendo, which play like puzzle dragons and similar games. In the game you get to capture pokemons and use them in battles, where you win by matching 3 or more figures. the game keeps the elemental system from Pokemon games and each pokemon has a special hability, and sometimes a mega evolution.
There is a microtransaction system, but you play the whole game without using it, if you have patience to wait the jewels "recharge".

Now, after playing it i really think it belongs to the mobile space and could actually do a lot more money there. What you guys think?
