Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 0, Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Viewtiful Joe, Sonic Adventure 2, Ikaruga, Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Soul Calibur 2, Prince of Persia, Tales of Symphonia, and Super Mario Sunshine off the top of my head.
