Apparently not according to any online dictionaries or anywhere else, Fanboy is all about being a fan. It's not really an insult.

??? Pleas show me these so called dictionaries... or better yet... don´t... I´d like to think for myself on this one... beeing a fanboy is NOT the same beeing a fan... why would´t just call people a fan then ??? When this thread started many where eager to bring the name Starcraft to the discussion... if those weren´t insults I don´t know why we are talking here at all ???
